ADCO ASAB Full Field Development (FFD)
ASAB Field, Abu Dhabi2018–2020
Provided specialized mechanical and piping construction support for the ASAB Full Field Development project — one of the largest onshore oil field developments in Abu Dhabi, targeting a significant increase in crude oil production capacity. PECI mobilized certified pipe fitters, welders, and riggers under the Petrofac EPC umbrella.
Borouge Expansion Unit 3 (EU3)
Ruwais Industrial Complex, Abu Dhabi2016–2018
Participated in the landmark Borouge Expansion Unit 3 — one of the world's largest integrated polyolefin complexes — as a sub-subcontractor providing specialized mechanical and piping fabrication/erection crews. The EU3 project added approximately 2.5 million tonnes per year of polyolefin capacity at Ruwais.
GASCO Ruwais NGL Train 3
Ruwais Industrial Complex, Abu Dhabi2015–2017
Construction support for the GASCO NGL Train 3 expansion — increasing NGL extraction and fractionation capacity at the Ruwais complex. PECI provided mechanical and piping construction teams under the Tier 1 EPC contractor, including handling cryogenic service piping requiring specialist qualification.
Borouge Polyolefin Plant Maintenance & Turnaround
Ruwais Industrial Complex, Abu Dhabi2019–2021
Ongoing maintenance, planned shutdown, and turnaround support for the Borouge EU1, EU2, and EU3 polyolefin production facilities at Ruwais. PECI provided rapid-response mechanical and piping teams during planned and unplanned outages, ensuring maximum production uptime.
